Children’s Protection Day

Children’s Protection Day is about children’s smiles, positive emotions, fun activities, and all aspects of ensuring a happy childhood by the state and society, which also means focusing on children’s health!

The team at Nemyriv City Hospital is dedicated to protecting children’s health and always puts in every effort to ensure that the children in our community, as well as those from other communities who seek help, stay healthy!

This year, Children’s Protection Day at the hospital was exceptional.

In the days leading up to June 1st, our hospital hosted an event to greet our young patients who came for outpatient consultations and pediatric check-ups, as well as to celebrate children from special families—families of our Defenders, families of fallen Heroes, and children from large families.

Toys for the little ones were donated by the community of Saint-Nazaire, France, thanks to the organization Friendship and the incredible Ms. Liliya Kosevych, bringing immense joy to the children and their parents!

Diapers—a whole mountain of them—for our youngest patients were donated by the company LLC “FordeWind.” We sincerely thank them on behalf of the little ones and their parents!

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our friends from France and Vinnytsia for the gifts for the children and the abundance of positive emotions! We also appreciate all our medical staff who prepared greetings for the children, and a special thank you to Zoya Fedorivna Dyachko, Yuriy Dmytrovych Chmeruk, and Natalia Petrivna Patyk for organizing the event!

On June 1st, the ambulance donated by United Help Ukraine participated in the city’s special transport exhibition. The children had the chance to explore the vehicle, see how the equipment works, and experience what it’s like to be an emergency driver or a medical worker saving a patient’s life.

The day is coming to an end, but Children’s Protection Day is not limited to just June. Let’s cherish and support our children—they are our future!
