The professional mission of medical workers has always been to help people. Kindness, humanity, and responsibility — these are the qualities that define the character of a person who chooses medicine.

Special respect is due to the medical professionals who defend their native land from invaders. The highest level of self-sacrifice is to give one’s life while saving others.
We remember you, dear colleagues. Our hearts are filled with deep gratitude for your work. We bow to your families and share this pain with them.

In the Nemyriv United Territorial Community, among the fallen Defenders, we honor Vyacheslav Viktorovych Popov, a resident of the village of Selevyntsi, born in 1994. Young, promising, compassionate — Vyacheslav graduated from medical college with distinction and could have achieved remarkable success in his professional career. Yet he chose to defend the Motherland from March 2022. He was killed on July 1, 2022.

Eternal memory to every fallen Hero-medic. Thanks to your heroism, Ukraine will live.
