Tamara Serhiivna Huzar is the head of the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, specializing as a senior physical and rehabilitation medicine physician (FRM).

She graduated from Vinnytsia Medical Institute named after M.I. Pirogov in 1990. She underwent specialization training at Ukrainian Military Medical Academy in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, and at Ternopil National Medical University named after I.Ya. Horbachevsky in Healthcare Management.

She is a member of the All-Ukrainian Association of Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Balneology.

Dr. Huzar provides consultations on musculoskeletal system disorders, neurological disorders, injuries of the musculoskeletal system, respiratory system disorders, burns, and frostbite.
